• Card Evaluation Lists: Names and contents of evaluation lists you create
• App Settings: Your preferences for price alerts, filters, and display options
• Scan History: Previously scanned card information for quick reference

Information We Process (Not Stored)

• Card Images: Photos sent to OCR service for identification, immediately deleted after processing
• Card Names: Used to fetch pricing data from TCG APIs, not stored on our servers

Information We Do NOT Collect or Store

• Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
• Your card evaluation lists or personal collections
• Card images or photos after processing
• Location data or GPS coordinates
• Contact lists or social media information
• Financial or payment information

2. How We Process Data

We process minimal data solely to provide core app functionality:

• Card Recognition: Images are sent to third-party OCR services for identification, then immediately deleted
• Price Lookups: Card names are sent to pricing APIs to fetch current market values
• Local App Function: All your lists, settings, and preferences remain on your device
• Advertising: Anonymous device identifiers for ad display (managed by Google AdMob)

We do not: Store your personal data, analyze user behavior, track individual usage, or share information with third parties beyond the essential services listed above.

3. Data Storage and Security

Local Storage

Most of your data is stored locally on your device using secure iOS/Android storage mechanisms:

• Evaluation lists and card data
• App settings and preferences
• Price alert configurations

Cloud Services

We use the following third-party services for specific functionality:

• OpenRouter API: For OCR processing of card images (images are not stored)
• TCG Pricing API: For fetching current market prices
• Google AdMob: For displaying advertisements (see Advertising section)

Security Measures

• All API communications use HTTPS encryption
• API keys are secured using compile-time environment variables
• No sensitive data is hardcoded in the application
• Local data is protected by iOS/Android security frameworks

4. Third-Party Services

OCR Processing (OpenRouter)

Card images are sent to OpenRouter's API for optical character recognition. Images are processed in real-time and are not stored by OpenRouter or our application.

Price Data (TCG API)

We fetch pricing information from third-party TCG pricing services. Only card identification data (name, set, number) is transmitted - no personal information.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

Our app displays advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect:

• Device information for ad targeting
• App usage patterns for ad optimization
• Anonymous identifiers (not personally identifiable)

5. Your Rights and Choices

Data Control

• Local Data: You can delete all local data by uninstalling the app
• Settings: Modify or reset all app preferences within the application
• Evaluation Lists: Create, modify, or delete evaluation lists at any time

Advertising Preferences

• Limit Ad Tracking in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising
• Opt out of Ads Personalization in Android Settings > Google > Ads
• Reset your advertising identifier in device settings

6. Children's Privacy

Pokemon Vendor Toolkit is designed for professional use by card vendors and adult collectors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to our app, please contact us immediately.

7. International Users

Pokemon Vendor Toolkit may be used internationally. By using our app, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy, regardless of your location.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. We will notify users of significant changes through:
